I think I love the IDEA of the G wagon more than the Actual G-Wagon. if we could get the G-Professional here, I might feel differently.

Holy crap! I know who this guy is! He drives by my house almost every day, yes this truck is daily driven. A friend of mine knows him really well. Runs a very well respected euro indie shop in Portland. I honestly thought it was just for looks, had no idea he was into expeditions and off roading.

I really dig the G, I don't think I personally could live with one, but there's so much merit in the marque.
